Like 2 but the plant 3-15 cm, pubescent; leaves oblong or linear-oblong; spikes usually ovoid, bracts oblong or ovate; achene 3-4 x 2-2-3 mm, ovate, or ovate-orbicular, obtuse; wing as wide as achene, almost entire, or dentate towards the apex, scarcely emarginate. • N. Russia. Rs (N).
