Leaves obovate or oblanceolate, rounded at apex; lateral veins 5-7 pairs. Stipules present, lanceolate. Capsule 8-10(-12) mm. 2/7= 152. N. Fennoscandia and arctic Russia. Fe No Rs (N) Su.
