Note: Malik & Ghafoor’s type choice (20 Apr 1988) of material in LINN pre-dates that of Graham (in Kew Bull. 43: 597. Nov 1988), who chose Herb. Hermann vol. 2: 4, No. 19 (BM) as lectotype.
