Type Locality. Akhyab , Myanmar

Distribution in Nepal: Bagmati Province, Kathmandu Valley (Stephensen 1917; Gates 1934; Thapa 2019).

Distribution elsewhere: Bhutan, Myanmar, India (Gates 1952; Julka 1975; Lanthanzara et al. 2011; Tiwari et al. 2020).

Habitat: Under stone and damp places, pineapple crop ( Gates 1972; Lanthanzara et al. 2011).

Ecology: Undefined

Remarks: This species has been described as endemic to Myanmar although Stephensen (1917) has already described species from Kathmandu valley, Nepal in 1917. Thus, its distribution and status need to be updated.
