Holotype ♀. “ Brasil, AM [Amazonas], Manaus, Reserva Ducke, Ig.[arapé] Acará, Campinarama, Brom[élia] epífita #1.01, S. R. S. Torreias & J.C.B. Fernandes [collectors], 22.ix.2003, Adulto: 13.x.2003, INPA-DIP 525 ”. One paratype ♀. same data as the holotype, except “Brom[élia] terrestre #5.3, 01.iii.2004, Adulto: 26.iii.2004, INPA-DIP 525 P-1”.
Preservation. All well preserved. Holotype with antennae and apex of right wing missing.
