Paratype: UPNG 4363, Panaeati, De Boyne Islands , [ Milne Bay Province], PNG ( J. Menzies, 8.ii.1974) .

Remarks: Type series consists of 75 specimens; holotype in MCZ, other paratypes in AMNH, BPBM, AMS, MCZ, USNM. Description gave locality for this specimen as Paneati Island. Specimen in good condition.
