Paratypes: UPNG 7088, Myola Guest House , 2080m, 7km S, 6km W of Mt Bellamy, Oro Province, PNG ( J.I. Menzies, iii.1986); 8151, Myola Guest House, 7km S, 2080m, Oro Province, PNG ( R.G. Zweifel, F. Parker, L. Penny, viii.1987).
Remarks: Type series consists of eight specimens; holotype and other paratypes in AMNH. Paratype 7088 not found as a tagged specimen, but a jar bearing the number on it, and containing one untagged frog in good condition was found. Description gave date for 7088 as 17.iii.1986 and locality for 8151 as Myola Guest House, 2080m, 7km S, 6km W of Mt Bellamy, Oro Province, PNG (R.G. Zweifel, L.T. Penny, 11.viii.1987).
