Paratypes: UPNG 2980, Sattelberg , Morobe Province, PNG ( J.I. Menzies, 10.xi.1971) ; 4101-05, ca 11km N Lae , Morobe Province, PNG ( J.I. Menzies, 24.ix.1973) ; 4145-46, Lae , Morobe Province, PNG ( J. Menzies, 15.xi.1973) ; 5468, Lejo , near Popondetta, Oro Province, PNG ( J.I. Menzies, 24.i.1976) .
Remarks: Type series consists of 26 specimens; holotype, other paratypes in SAMA. Description gave the data for 4145- 46 as being the same as for 4101-05. Paratypes 4104-05 not found; 4104 noted in the register ( 4106 in card file) as sent to AMNH, but not able to be located in that collection (L. Ford, pers. comm.). Remaining UPNG paratypes in good condition.
