Paratype: UPNG 8273, Finalbin , Western Province, PNG (Zweifel, Parker, Penny, 27-28.vii.1987).
Remarks: Type series consists of 115 specimens; holotype in AMNH, other paratypes in AMNH, AMS, MCZ, QM. Description gave data for UPNG paratype as Finalbin, 840m, 5km N, 2km W of Tabubil, Western Province, PNG (F. Parker and Papuan assistants, 27.vii.1987). Specimen not found.
