Paratypes: UPNG 8152-55, Myola Guest House, 7km S, 2080m, Oro Province, PNG ( R.G. Zweifel, F. Parker, L. Penny, viii.1987) .
Remarks: Type series consists of 75 specimens; holotype in AMNH, other paratypes in AMNH, AMS, BPBM, CAS, FMNH, KU, MCZ, SAMA. The description gave the numbers for UPNG paratypes as 8151- 54 in error (8151 is Cophixalus verecundus ), and gave collection data as Myola Guest House, 2080m, 7km S, 6km W of Mt Bellamy, Oro Province, PNG (F. Parker, R.G. Zweifel, L.T. Penny, 8-9.viii.1987). UPNG paratypes in good condition.
