Current name: Osmitopsis asteriscoides (L. ex Bergius) Less. View in CoL View at ENA ( Asteraceae ).

Note: Although this binomial appeared first in Linnaeus’ Pl. Rar. Afr.: 24 (1760), Osmites L. was not published until 1764, and O. camphorina was consequently not validated until 1767, as noted by Bremer (in Bot. Not. 125: 40. 1972).
