Remarks: The species was recently redescribed based on types ( Fjellberg 2007) and proved to be a senior synonym of D. ruseki Fjellberg, 1979 . D. fennica auct. was subsequently renamed and became D. potapovi Fjellberg, 2007 . Fjellberg (1979) compared European and North American ( Illinois) specimens of D. fennica auct. and found no significant differences. In other words, the above records from MB most probably belong to D. potapovi and obviously need confirmation.
General distribution: Holarctic.
