Material examined. AZERBAIJAN. Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic: Shakhbuz, Kechili , 39°22′N, 45°43′E, 1800 m, 25.VII.2022, 1 ♂, leg. M. Maharramov [ FSCV] GoogleMaps .
Distribution. Western, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Europe, North Africa, Russia (European part, Urals, Altai, Far East), Armenia, Azerbaijan (main territory, * Nakhchivan AR), Turkey, Lebanon, Iran, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, China (North-East, North, Central), Korean Peninsula, Japan.
Remarks. Subspecies A. delphinalis fallax Blüthgen, 1953 and A. delphinalis sardous Blüthgen, 1953 were described from Turkmenistan and Sardinia, accordingly ( Blüthgen 1953); their taxonomic independence is doubtful.
