Scymnus (Scymnus) cochereaui Bielawski, 1973: 403 .
Endemic to New Caledonia, this species is only known from the type series ( holotype and two paratypes, Nouméa, on coconut tree). No information is available on its biology and feeding ecology.
Material examined. NEW CALEDONIA: Nouméa, on coconut, viii.1968 (P. Cochereau rec.) ( MNHN).
