Subspecies: E. c. concolor Martin, 1837 .
Distribution: Common, with a wide distribution from the northwest of Mesopotamia towards the coastal mountainous region in the west and Sahl Al-Ghab to the southwestern region ( Fig. 46 View FIGURE 46 ).
Previous records: Damascus (Trouessart & Kollman 1923), west of Safita ( Lehmann 1965), around Tell Abiad ( Misonne 1957), Manbij, Ras Al-Baseet, 10 km north of Jabla, 10 km southeast of Safita, Talkalakh, Qattinah, Yabroud and Maalula ( Benda & Obuch 2001), around Daraa ( Al-Hussein 2013).
Recent records:Al-Furunlok, Al-Kadmous (2008), Al-Qteilbiyeh, Rowaisat Al-Hersh, Jaddu’ah, Al-Quneitra, Jabla, Al- Ennabiyah, Mdyra, Halbon, Al-Furuklus,Al-Khraibe,Al-Lajat, Mare’, Jiplaya, Shamseen, Deir Al-Hajar, Bustan Alhamam, Basramoun, Al-Uras, ash-Sheikh Badr, Wadi Qandil, and Jandar (2020–2021).
