Subspecies: T. i. taeniurus (Wagner, 1843).
Distribution: Common with a wide distribution along the Euphrates Valley and across Mesopotamia. ( Fig. 36 View FIGURE 36 )
Previous records: Sheikh Hassan and Al-Ghazili ( Misonne 1957), Qal’at er-Rahba ( Kock & Nader 1983), Tell Al-Buderi, Tell Sheikh Hamad, es- Salihiyyeh, Qal’at er-Rahba, Halebiyye, Katir Magara, and el- Ukersheh ( Kock 1998), Kasret Muhammed Ali and el-Ukershe (Shehab et al. 2004), Al-Hasakah area ( Daoud & Khalil 2009c), Al-Safeh, Mabroukah, Beer Al-Hashem, Halabiyyeh, Qal’at er-Rahba, Ain Jum’aa, and es- Salihiyyeh ( Shehab et al. 2011).
