Description. Body slender. Body coloration yellow ( Fig. 3-A View FIGURE 3 ). Crown width except eyes longer than length. Pronotum yellow, width similar head includes eyes, with dark posterior margin contrasting with rest of mesonotum. Mesonotum with two dark yellow triangles. Frontoclypeus and anteclypeus dark yellow, labrum dark brown and long ( Fig. 3-B View FIGURE 3 ). Thorax yellow and legs yellow. Forewings and hindwings translucent without spot or pattern. Abdomen light yellow.

Male abdominal apodemes long and wide, extended to end of sternite V or VI ( Fig. 3-C View FIGURE 3 ).

Male genitalia. Pygofer lobe rounded with angle at anterolateral margin and irregularly micro spins. Pygofer lobe with six macrosetae at base and ca. 10 macrosetae on anterior margin ( Fig. 3-F View FIGURE 3 ). Subgenital plate long with one macrosetae at basal margin and several microsetae along lateral margin ( Fig. 3-J View FIGURE 3 ). Style long and gradually curved with several microsetae on interior margin and five follicles on exterior margin; apex bent down ( Fig. 3-G, H View FIGURE 3 ). Connective with arms and well-developed stem; median anterior lobe slenter ( Fig. 3-I View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagus with two pairs of at apex; preapical process bifurcated. Apical process long and straight and slightly droop, preapical process gently curved and branch of preapical process straight in caudal view ( Fig. 3-D View FIGURE 3 ). Aedeagus strongly curved with all processes reaching upward; apical process straight, preapical processes curved gently in lateral view ( Fig. 3-E View FIGURE 3 ).

Measurements. Males 2.83 ~ 3.25mm.

Specimens examined. [CNU] 5♂♂, Sabaeri-gil, Taebaek-si, Gangwon-do, Korea, 21. ⅴ i. 2017. coll. E. Kim.

Host plants. Alnus sp. , Corylus avellana , Corylus sp. Ulmus spp. ( Vilbaste, 1968; Le Quesne & Payne, 1981; Delia Giustina, 1989)
