Diagnosis. This species is similar to D. akonis (Ohta) in male genitalia, but can be separated from the latter by penis capsule with elongate and swollen outer arm, penis guide constricted at base and widest at middle in inner view; in lateral view, penis guide constricted at near base, broaden to middle, then narrowed to pointed apex.
Description. TL 1.0 mm, TW 0.8 mm, TH 0.5 mm, TL/TW 1.25, PL/PW 0.3, EL/EW 1.03, HW/PW 0.54, PW/EW 0.84.
Male. Body elongate oval, dorsum with white pubescence ( Figs 2a–c). Head, antennae and mouthparts yellowish brown, apex of head dark brown. Eyes densely faceted, interocular distance 0.5 times head width. Pronotum black, lateral margins dark brown ( Figs 2a–b). Elytra black with apical margin slightly brown ( Fig. 2a). Prothoracic hypomeron dark brown. Prosternum yellowish brown. Mesoventrite, metaventrite and elytral epipleurae black. Legs yellowish brown.
Male genitalia. Penis moderately stout ( Fig. 2e). Penis capsule with elongate and expended outer arm, and short and subtriangular inner arm; apex of penis slightly swollen ( Fig. 2e). Tegmen with penis guide widest at base, constricted at near base, and broaden to middle, then tapering to pointed apex in lateral view; penis guide distinctly longer than parameres; penis guide narrowed at base, widest at middle, apex pointed in inner view ( Fig. 2g); parameres oblong with round apex and several setae at apex in lateral view ( Fig. 2f).
Female. Head black, antennae and mouthparts yellowish brown. Pronotum all black. Scutellar shield black. Elytra all black.
