Diagnosis. This specie resembles D. akonis (Ohta) in the external appearance, but differs from the latter by the parameres slightly longer than penis guide and apex of penis relatively blunt.
Description. TL 1.20–1.35 mm, TW 0.85–0.95 mm, TH 0.6 mm, TL/TW 1.41–1.42, PL/PW 0.31, EL/EW 1.04, HW/PW 0.36, PW/EW 0.8.
Body elongate oval, moderately convex, dorsum with yellow white pubescence ( Figs 5a–c). Head yellowish brown. Eyes densely faceted, interocular distance 0.6 times head width. Pronotum brown with lateral margins yellowish brown ( Figs 5a–b). Scutellum dark brown. Elytra brown with acute, triangular, dark brown sutural spot extending to about 1/2 elytral length, elytral margins reddish brown ( Fig. 5a). Prothoracic hypomeron brown. Prosternum yellowish brown. Legs yellowish brown. Abdominal postcoxal lines incomplete, merging to the posterior margin of ventrite 1 ( Fig. 5d).
Male genitalia. Penis relatively slender, penis capsule with well-developed outer arm and short inner arm, apex of penis blunt and truncated ( Fig. 5e). Tegmen with penis guide widest at base, narrowing to a pointed apex, slightly shorter than parameres in lateral view ( Fig. 5f). Penis guide widest at near base, tapering gently to a pointed apex in inner view ( Fig. 5g). Parameres rectangular with a round apices bearing several setae in lateral view.

Distribution. China (Hebei).
