Diagnosis. This species bears a close resemblance to D. longilobus in male genitalia, but can be separated from the latter by the penis capsule with swollen and broaden outer arm and parameres wider and broader in lateral view. In D. longilobus , the penis capsule with outer arm is normal and not broaden and parameres is slender and long in lateral view.

Description. TL 1.4 mm, TW 0.95 mm, TH 0.68 mm, TL/TW 1.47, PL/PW 0.26, EL/EW 1.09, HW/PW 0.33, PW/EW 0.77.

Body oval, moderately convex, dorsum with white pubescence ( Figs 4a–c). Head yellowish. Eyes densely faceted, interocular distance 0.9 times head width. Pronotum dark brown, lateral 1/3 margins yellowish brown ( Figs 4a–b). Scutellum darkish brown. Elytra brown with acute, triangular, dark brown sutural spot extending to about 4/7 elytral length ( Fig. 4a). Prothoracic hypomeron yellowish brown. Prosternum yellowish brown. Legs yellowish brown. Abdominal postcoxal lines incomplete, merging to the posterior margin of ventrite 1 ( Fig. 4d).

Male genitalia. Penis stout with blunt apex ( Fig. 4e). Tegmen with penis guide subtriangular, widest at base with pointed apex in lateral view, slightly shorter than parameres ( Fig. 4f); penis guide wide at base, gradually converging apically to a tip in inner view; parameres distinctly robust and elongate oval with few setae in lateral view ( Fig. 4g).
