Distribution. Nearctic, Neotropical; Chile: Región de La Araucanía ( Gauld 1988).

Comments. Gauld (1988) reports the distribution of Enicospilus dispilus Szépligeti, 1906 , which is a primary homonym of Enicospilus dispilus Perkins, 1902 and now a synonym of E. flavostigma Hooker, 1912 .
