Collection information.

USA: Georgia: Clarke Co.: 50 individuals from 19 sites. Caught in flight trap from 9 March – 19 May 2020.

Distribution.

Eastern United States, west to Arizona ( Barron 1971).

Saproxylic habits.

Occur under bark of dead oaks ( Barron 1971).

Conservation.

Occurrence probability increases in old forests (predating 1938 and oak dominated) in the Piedmont ( Traylor et al. 2024).
