Etymology. The species is named after Xu Ning, one of the 108 outlaws in the classical Chinese literature Outlaws of the Marsh; noun in apposition.
Diagnosis. The new species is similar to O. curvata Jin, Fu, Yin & Zhang, 2016 by the longitudinal copulatory ducts being close together. However, the new species can be distinguished from O. curvata by the oval spermathecae ( vs. Csharped in O. curvata ).
Description. Female ( holotype). Total length 3.59; carapace 1.43 long, 1.30 wide, opisthosoma 2.16 long, 1.59 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.07, ALE 0.08, PME 0.07, PLE 0.07, AME–AME 0.04, AME–ALE 0.02, PME–PME 0.11, PME–PLE 0.06, AME–PME 0.09, ALE–PLE 0.09. Chelicerae with two promarginal and seven retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 5.14 (1.41, 1.95, 1.21, 0.57), II 4.36 (1.17, 1.54, 1.05, 0.60), III 3.80 (1.02, 1.15, 1.01, 0.62), IV 5.47 (1.52, 1.62, 1.55, 0.78). Leg spination: I femur 3pv, 2d, tibia 7-7v, metatarsus 4-4v; II femur 2pv, 1d, tibia 6-6v, metatarsus 4-4v, III femur 1d, IV femur 1d.
Coloration ( Fig. 48B View Figure 48 ). Carapace brown, middle yellow. Chelicerae, endites and labium brown. Sternum yellow-brown. Legs paler yellow with black annulations. Opisthosoma oval, dorsum dark grey, with pairs of large white spots, ventrum grey. Spinnerets yellow.
Epigyne ( Fig. 42 View Figure 42 ). Epigynal plate rectangular, curved ventrally. Copulatory openings situated centrally, obvious. Copulatory ducts longitudinal, thick. Bursae large, almost oval, covering nearly 2/3 of epigynal plate. Glandular appendages inconspicuous. Spermathecae oval. Fertilization ducts directed at clock 2:00 position from spermathecae.
Male. Unknown.
Material examined. Holotype ♀ (IZCAS-Ar43966), Vietnam: Vinh Phuc, Tam Dao National Park, Natural Forest , 6 May 2003, Dinh-Sac Pham leg.
Distribution. Known only from the type locality.
