1. Ramivena nigrivitta Fan & Liu , sp. nov. ( Figs. 1 -2,9-15)

Diagnosis: Very similar to R. zhengi , but the posterior margins of pronotal lateral angles punctured, not distinctly and smoothly pale yellow as in R. zhengi . Also similar to the new species R. parazhengi , but R. nigrivitta with the ostiolar peritreme much shorter and one mesial black streak on the venter, while the black streak in R. parazhengi restricted only on the 7 th abdominal sternum; the male genitalia also distinctly different.

Description: Colour ochraceous, mosaic with clusters of brown or black punctations. Six black spots on the scutellum; four along the basal margin and the other two obscure ones behind in the middle; two obscure longitudinal black streaks at each side of meson parallel on the posterior half; apex of scutellum angular and black. Femora and tibiae blackly spotted.

Head with lateral margins convex and apex bluntly rounded; mandibular plates about as long as clypeus. Antennal segments I to III all brown and sparsely scattered with dark brown spots, segment IV brown at base and most of apical part dark brown, segment V with basal half yellow and apical half dark brown, segment I almost equal to the apex of head and segment III longer than segment II. Rostrum reaching the middle of the III abdominal sternum. Buccula low while the anterior angle acuminately produced.

Thorax: Pronotum coarsely and unevenly punctate; punctations on the lateral angles thicker and pale; one small obscure pale yellow spot laterally behind each callus; anterior margin with the center truncate and excavated; anterior angle triangular and produced beyond the eye’s outer limit; anteriolateral margins concave and coarsely dentate; lateral angles produced and truncate, slightly concave and linearly black apically at edge. Scutellum with four black spots along the basal margin, another two spots of similar size behind, and then two parallel black streaks extending backwards; apex angular and black. Hemelytra with scattered, small, pale white patches; outer margin with black spots at base, sometimes forming discontinuous dark streaks; membrane slightly passing beyond the apex of abdomen, veins on membrane dark brown and ramified distally. Mesal carina of mesosternum distinct. Ostiolar peritreme shorter than 1/3 width of evaporate area.

Abdomen with tergites red. Connexiva narrowly exposed, alternately brown and pale yellow, each with two black streaks along the lateral margin. Abdominal basal spine reaching the middle of middle coxae. One longitudinal black streak at mesan extending from the III abdominal sternum to the VII. Brown punctations on lateral sides of venter becoming finer and denser laterad. Pale yellow around the stigmata.

Male genitalia: Ventral margin of pygophore deeply excavated, a black acute triangular process in the middle, lateral side of which strongly angulate. Lateral apex of pygophore distinctly bifurcate in lateral view, with two processes in different directions. Paramere trifurcate and three processes not in the same level. Aedeagus without dorsal sclerotized processes; conjunctiva without any lobes, ventral apex of which strongly sclerotized, with a slightly and transversely sclerotized area on each side. Median penial plate truncated at apex and equal to vesica by the end.

Female genitalia: Inner margins of I gonocoxites concave and bent at the middle, not contacting each other except at the extreme apex. VIII and IX paratergites subequal at apex.

Holotype: ♂, CHINA: Yunnan Prov.: Longling County (24°35'N, 98°41'E), 2140m., 14.x.2002, Coll. Huai-Jun Xue GoogleMaps ; paratypes: China: ♀, data same as holotype ; China: Yunnan Prov.: Tengchong County: Mt. Gaoligong (27°07'N, 98°42'E), 1700m., ♀, 15.viii.2006, Coll. Xu Zhang GoogleMaps .

Etymology: “ nigri- ” means black and “ -vitta ” means streak. The new species is named for the longitudinal black streak on the meson of venter.
