Hedychrum coriaceum Dahlbom, 1854:88 . Lectotype ♀ designated by Morgan, 1984:10; Poland: Glogovia (Lund). Hedychridium coriaceum : Strumia et al., 2016b:52 (Khuzestan, Fars).
Distribution. Iran ( Khuzestan, Fars). West Palaearctic, known from Europe and Türkiye, with a subspecies in Northern Africa ( Linsenmaier, 1999).
