21°09'33.64"N 96°26'36.81"E, 1200 m, 03.v.2017, Toona sureni (G. Cho) , ( NHMB, NIBR, SNU, in 95% ethanol). Distribution in Myanmar. Shan State. Host plant. Toona sureni Merr. ( Meliaceae ). Comments. New record for Myanmar.
