( Figs 7 View FIGURE 7 , 8 View FIGURE 8 )

Diagnosis. Females of this species are similar to those of the Afrotropical species N. maliarphae Mitroiu, 2015, having the head with coriaceous sculpture ( Figs 7A, B View FIGURE 7 ), propodeum with evident postspiracular furrow ( Fig. 8B View FIGURE 8 ), postmarginal vein shorter than marginal vein ( Fig. 8A View FIGURE 8 ), and posterior margin of Gt 1 conspicuously double-incised ( Fig. 8C View FIGURE 8 ). Females are separated from those of the latter species by the basal cell and basal fold being setose and the presence of a very small speculum ( Fig. 8A View FIGURE 8 ) vs basal cell and basal fold mostly glabrous and with large speculum ( Mitroiu 2015: fig. 136), as well as a lower insertion of the antennae ( Figs 7A, C View FIGURE 7 ) vs toruli not closer to clypeal margin than median ocellus, clearly above lower eyes margins ( Mitroiu 2015: fig. 133).

Type material. Holotype ♀, Iran, Kermanshah, Ghazanchi ( 34°27’53”N, 47°00’38”E 1303 m a.s.l.), Malaise trap, 28.08.2014, Leg: M. Zardouei ( DPPZ). GoogleMaps

Description. FEMALE. Body length 4.1 mm, fore wing 3 mm.

Colour. Head and mesosoma dark blue, with metallic greenish reflections ( Figs 8A‒C, E, F View FIGURE 8 ). Metasoma reddish-yellow, the last two terga brownish-black ( Fig. 8C View FIGURE 8 ). Eyes pale red, ocelli light brown ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Mandibles brown, teeth darker ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). Antenna reddish-yellow except scape and anelli lighter; Fu 1 darker, Fu 4 and clava yellowish-brown ( Fig. 7D View FIGURE 7 ). Wings hyaline, tegula, venation and setae brown ( Fig. 8A View FIGURE 8 ). Legs with coxae, trochanters and femora concolourous with metasoma; fore tibia bright brown, mid and hind tibiae and tarsi whitish-yellow except last tarsal segments bright brown; claws dark brown ( Fig. 8D View FIGURE 8 ).

Sculpture. Head coriaceous sculpture except scrobes reticulate, lower face striate with striae extending to level below lower margin of eyes, and vertex and temple alutaceous ( Figs 7A, B, C View FIGURE 7 ). Mesosoma with pronotum and mesonotum dorsally coarsely reticulate except frenal area finely reticulate ( Fig. 7E View FIGURE 7 ); dorsellum and propodeum finely reticulate ( Fig. 8B View FIGURE 8 ). Gastral terga alutaceous except Gt 1 smooth basally ( Fig. 8C View FIGURE 8 ).

Head. In frontal view 1.3× as wide as high ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ); in dorsal view width 2.1× its length ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Eye height in frontal view 1.7× as long as malar space ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ) and in lateral view 1.43× its length ( Fig. 7C View FIGURE 7 ); eye in dorsal view 2.92× as long as temple ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Clypeal margin emarginate ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). Scrobes moderately deep ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ), visible in dorsal view ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ). Antenna with scape not reaching median ocellus ( Fig. 7D View FIGURE 7 ); flagellum with first anellus transverse, the second quadrate ( Fig. 7D View FIGURE 7 ); all funiculars longer than wide, decreasing in length distally, with Fu 1 2.75× and Fu 6 1.16× as long as wide; clava with long terminal spine ( Fig. 7D View FIGURE 7 ). Toruli closer to clypeal margin than to median ocellus ( Fig. 7A View FIGURE 7 ). POL 1.54× as long as OOL ( Fig. 7B View FIGURE 7 ).

Mesosoma . Mesosoma 1.4× as long as wide ( Fig.7E View FIGURE 7 ); mesoscutum1.75×as wide as long( Fig. 7E View FIGURE 7 );mesoscutellum 0.87× as long as wide, without frenal line ( Figs 7E View FIGURE 7 , 8B View FIGURE 8 ). Propodeum 0.62× as long as mesoscutellum, with oval spiracles oval and deep postspiracular furrow ( Fig. 8B View FIGURE 8 ), callus with less dense whitish setae ( Fig. 7F View FIGURE 7 ). Fore wing 2.79× as long as wide; basal cell and basal fold setose; speculum very small, with area between postmarginal and stigmal veins setose; marginal vein 1.61× as long as postmarginal vein and 2.9× as long as stigmal vein; postmarginal vein 1.85× as long as stigmal vein ( Fig. 8A View FIGURE 8 ).

Metasoma. Gaster ovate-acuminate, 1.76× as long as wide, slightly longer than head plus mesosoma; Gt 1 0.28× as long as metasoma, with posterior margin conspicuously double-incised ( Fig. 8C View FIGURE 8 ).
