Holotype male in NMPC.

Type locality: São Paulo, São Paulo State, Brazil.

Distribution: Brazil: São Paulo State: known only from type locality.

Note: Specimen misidentified as Adelopsis benardi ( Portevin, 1923) in Szymczakowski (1963: 670 , as “? bernardi ” [sic])—Gnaspini, 1996: 540.
