COMMON NAME(S): Leaden Pearl.

SYNONYM(S): Aphytoceros longipalpis Warren, 1892 .

DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Kenya, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chililabombwe, in Copperbelt Province; Lusaka, in Lusaka Province; Chisamba, in Central Province; Mpika, in Muchinga Province.

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Unknown.
