Namibia, Nigeria, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Seychelles, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Tanzania, Togo, Uganda,
United Arab Emirates, Western Sahara, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe. LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Chililabombwe and Kitwe in Copperbelt Province; Mpika in Muchinga Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): In south Africa, the taxon is hosted by the following Fabaceae species Vachellia karroo (Hayne) Banfi
& Galasso, A. hirtella E.Mey. , Acacia nilotica (L.) Delile, and Peltophorum sp. In Kenya it is hosted by
A. tortilis (Forssk.) Hayne , while in another unnamed African region/country by Acacia cyanophylla .
