COMMON NAME(S): Variable drab. SYNONYM(S): Ophisma expedita Walker, 1858c ; Ophiodes tettensis Hopffer, 1857 ; Ophiodes wahlbergi Wallengren, 1856 . IUCN STATUS: Not Evaluated (NE). DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Eritrea, Eswatini, Gabon, Gambia, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritania, Mozambique, Namibia, Oman, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sudan, Tanzania, Uganda, Yemen, Zambia, Zimbabwe. LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: East Luangwa district, Eastern Province. LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): Larval foodplants include two Combretaceae View in CoL , namely Terminalia anogeissiana Gere & Boatwr. View in CoL and Combretum indicum View in CoL (L.) DeFilipps and one yet to be identified Myrtaceae View in CoL species, Eucalyptus sp. ( African Moths 2019).
