D i s t r i b u t i o n: Inner Seychelles: Mahé, La Digue – Aldabra Group: Aldabra. Known from all zoogeographical regions except Nearctic region. In the Malagasy subregion Xystrocera globosa has been recorded from Comoros ( Moheli, Anjouan), Mayotte, Madagascar, Réunion, Mauritius and Rodrigues.
