Present status. Phalonidia fulvimixta (Filipjev, 1940) .

Comments. Instead of the three males from Vinogradovka mentioned in the original description, only two males were found in the ZISP collection .

Taxonomic notes. Razowski (1970) indicated type specimen collected in Yakovlevka 8.VIII 1926 as a holotype and illustrated the genitalia of a paratype from Vinogradovka. However, in the original description, holotype was not designated and the male genitalia were illustrated without important diagnostic features, such as the shape of the valva and socii. Therefore, the lectotype of fulvimixta Filipjev, 1940 , is designated here, and its genitalia are illustrated in high quality for the first time.
