Types. Holotype ♀: “Б. ПожариЩе, 17. VI.16, И. Филипьев [Bolshoe Pozharistshe, 17. VI.16, I. Present status. Dichrorampha marginestriana (Filipjev, 1925) .

Comments. Filipjev designated the only type specimen in the original description as a male; however, in the ZISP collection, there is only a single female of marginestriana bearing the type labels by Filipjev. The genitalia of the holotype were illustrated by Danilevsky & Kuznetzov (1968) .

Taxonomic notes. This species name has the status of a valid taxon since its description.
