Type locality: Strait of Korea.

Distribution: East Asia: South China ( Hong Kong) and Japan.

Habitat: Shallow subtidal ( Castro and Ng 2010).

Habitat: Shallow subtidal to depths of 40 m ( Castro and Ng 2010).
