Type material. Holotype ♂ (SWUC-T-AG-117-01): CHINA, Yunnan Province, Lincang City, Gengma County, Nangunhe National Nature Reserve , Xinshanyakou , 23°38′32″N, 99°23′0″E, elev. 1963m, 24.9.2024, Y.J. Cai and L.X. Cheng leg. GoogleMaps

Etymology. The specific name is derived from the type locality, Gengma County; noun in apposition.

Diagnosis. This species resembles D. agrestis Wang, 2003 ( Zhu et al. 2017: 225, fig. 111) in having the similar slender embolus and retrolateral tibial apophysis ( Figs 1C–E View FIGURE 1 ; Zhu et al. 2017, figs 111A, B), but can be distinguished by tip of conductor sharp ( Figs 1B–D View FIGURE 1 ) vs. blunt ( Zhu et al., 2017: fig. 111A); median apophysis degenerative and minute ( Fig. 1C View FIGURE 1 ) vs. having clear median apophysis in D. agrestis ( Zhu et al., 2017: fig. 111A); cymbial furrow almost the same length as cymbium ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ) vs. about 2/3 length as cymbium in D. agrestis ( Zhu et al., 2017: fig. 111B); patellar apophysis thumb-shaped ( Fig. 1D View FIGURE 1 ) vs. triangular and smaller in D. agrestis ( Zhu et al., 2017: figs 111A–B).

Description. Male holotype ( Fig. 1A View FIGURE 1 ) total length 7.61. Prosoma 3.68 long, 2.57 wide; opisthosoma 3.78 long, 2.32 wide. Eye sizes and interdistances: AME 0.12, ALE 0.17, PME 0.18, PLE 0.18; AME–AME 0.08, AME–ALE 0.04, PME–PME 0.08, PME–PLE 0.09, ALE–PLE 0.09. MOA 0.39 long, anterior width 0.29, posterior width 0.44. Clypeus height 0.18. Chelicerae with three promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Leg measurements: I 10.14 (2.94, 2.84, 2.52, 1.84); II 9.60 (2.74, 3.07, 2.22, 1.57); III 8.66 (2.43, 2.59, 2.29, 1.35); IV 12.06 (3.18, 3.73, 3.42, 1.73). Leg formula: 4123.

Palp ( Figs 1B–D View FIGURE 1 ). Patella as long as tibia. Patellar apophysis thumb-shaped, length approximately 1/2 of patellar. Retrolateral tibial apophysis equal to tibial length, with smaller lateral tibial apophysis and more distant from RTA. Cymbial furrow large, almost same length as cymbium. Conductor broad with wide posterior margin, made of membranous material, and features CDA. Median apophysis minute. Embolus originating from base, long and broad at posterior end.

Female unknown.
