Remarks. – This species was described based on a single female from Brazil (Piauí, Corrente). Currently it is known from two states in Brazil (Piauí, Maranhão) (Monné 2022). The identity of the specimen from the Brazilian state of Maranhão is questionable. However, for now, we prefer not to formalize the exclusion of the species from the fauna of this state, especially due to the limited number of specimens at our disposal.

Material examined. – BRAZIL, Piauí: Corrente , holotype ♀ ( MZSP 49850 View Materials ), 23-27.XI.1993, Amarante, Brandão, Cancelo, Martins & Ponte leg. ( MZSP) .
