• 2 females: [ 1 female on card], China • Yunnan Province, Yuanjiang County, 26–28. XI. 2022, Jun-Jie Fan, Ting-Ting Zhao, Jun Wu, by sweeping ; [ 1 female on card], China • Xizang Autonomous Region, Motuo County, Gedang Township , 31. V – 5. VI. 2021, Jun-Jie Fan, Jun Wu, by yellow-pan trapping. All deposited in YCTU .

Diagnosis.

Female. Antenna (Figs 41 View Figures 41, 42 , 42 View Figures 41, 42 ) with calva 3.5–4.0 × as long as broad, as long as F 2 and F 3 combined. Forewing (Figs 41 View Figures 41, 42 , 42 View Figures 41, 42 ) narrow, 2.5–2.7 × as long as broad; MV 4.0 × STV; SMV with two dorsal setae; speculum absent. Body (Figs 41 View Figures 41, 42 , 42 View Figures 41, 42 ) black with bright blue metallic tint.

Hosts.

Unknown from China. Non-Chinese records include Conomelus anceps (Germar, 1821) ( Rothschild 1966) , C. dehneli Fieber, 1866 ( Arzone 1978), Euconomelus Lepidus (Boheman, 1847) ( Graham 1987) ( Hemiptera : Delphacidae ).
