Type locality. Nha Trang , Vietnam.

Type material. Holotype: ovigerous female (5.0 mm × 4.0 mm) (E.37.277) in the Institute of Oceanography in Nha Trang, Vietnam.

Remarks. Fize & Serène (1957) referred to ‘Types’ instead of holotypes. An overview of the material in Nha Trang, with remarks on their condition, was provided by Van der Meij (2015).
