Diagnosis. (based on Soule, 1955). Body size: ~ 0.9 mm (stalk from 515 to 745 µm; calyx from 250 to 345 µm).
Stolons branch and cross, forming dense masses on the substrate. The stalk is covered with cuticle, which forms transverse wrinkles or annulations. Spines are completely absent on stalk as well as on calyx ( Fig. 1b View FIGURE 1 ). Calyx small, bearing 14 tentacles.
Distribution. Coastal waters of the Philippine islands.
