Diagnosis. Arista bare; 1st and 2nd antennal segment vivid yellow; facial ridge in lateral view strongly convex; prementum about 2 times as long as its diameter; prosternum setose; section of M between M-Cu and the bend is longer than the post-angular vein; scutellum, tegula, basicosta and femora red or yellow; middorsal depression on abdominal syntergite 1+2 extending back to hind margin; tergite 4 with a complete row of median discal setae; tergites with densely and evenly pruinescence to the posterior margin.
Remarks. This genus is newly recorded from Iran.
