Andrena pellucens View in CoL appartiene, assieme ad altre 6 specie, al sottogenere Margandrena Warncke, 1968 ( Gusenleitner & Schwarz 2002). Di queste, oltre a Andrena pellucens , solo A. marginata Fabricius, 1776 è presente in Svizzera e in Ticino (Amiet et al. 2010).
