Type depository: FMNH?: holotype (female) and paratype (a female)
Type locality: south slope of Mount Balabag , Mantalingajan Range, Palawan Island, Philippines
Type host: Rattus palawanensis
Comments: IR visited the FMNH in 2024 and the holotype was not found there; however, the paratype was present in 2011 when the collection was rehoused.
