Type depositories: USNTC: holotype (female) and paratypes (females, a nymph and larvae); FMNH?: paratypes (females and larvae)

Type locality: Uring Chang , northeast of Melinche , south side of Gosainkund Pass, Nuwakot District, Nepal

Type host: Lophophorus lophophorus

Comments: IR visited the FMNH in 2024 and the paratypes were not found there.
