Type depositories: USNTC: holotype (female) and paratypes (females); FMNH: paratype (a female), and MCZ?: paratype (a female)

Type locality: Monserrate, Bogotá, Colombia

Type host: Nasuella olivacea

Comments: KLC, IR and RGR visited the MCZ in 2024 and the paratype was not found there.
