Comments: Nosomma keralensis is treated as a name incertae sedis by Schachat et al. (2018). In fact, this name can be considered invalid because it was published after 1999, when the International Code of Zoological Nomenclature began requiring designation of a holotype or expressly indicated syntypes. Nosomma keralensis is treated as provisionally valid in Guglielmone & Nava (2014), Guglielmone et al. (2014, 2023) and here.
