Type depositories: USNTC: holotype (female) and paratypes (males and females) ; DEEZ, DEP?, DEUA, ECU?, MCZ and USNPC: paratypes (males and females) ( Keirans & Clifford 1978)
Type locality: Washington County, Arkansas, USA
Type host: type specimens were collected from cliffs used by cliff swallows
Comments: no paratypes were found in DEP and ECU by Keirans & Clifford (1978) .
