Remarks. Terebratulina callinome is the second most common species in the studied material. This species is large as for the genus. Its shell is elongate oval in outline with the surface covered with numerous ribs flattening anteriorly. The inner socket ridges are narrow. The loop forms a ring with a transverse band medially folded. Terebratulina callinome is recorded for the first time from off Australia and this is its southernmost occurrence, being previously known from the NW Pacific from Japan to the Philippines, Indonesia and Borneo ( Jackson & Stiasny 1937; Cooper 1973b; Zezina 1981, 2010; Logan 2007).
