UNITED STATES OF AMERICA: CALIFORNIA. A single specimen was trapped near an entrance to a cave (Aalbu, 1990). Aalbu (1990: 9) considered this an “ accidental cavernicolous ” beetle. Slay et al. (2012) overlooked this report.
