Description of Female. Fully winged; length 3.1–3.7 mm. Head black, except mandible testaceous; antenna testaceous; mesosoma and metasoma black; occasionally metasoma brown; legs testaceous. Antenna clavate; antennal segments in following proportions: 10:5:6:6:5.5:5.5:5.5:5.5:5:8. Head dull, granulated, irregularly rugose, with areolae and irregular keels more numerous on anterior half of face; frontal line complete; occipital carina complete; POL = 5; OL = 4; OOL = 4; OPL = 3; TL = 2. Pronotum with anterior half sculptured by strong transverse keels and posterior half totally or partly shiny, smooth, unsculptured or weakly granulated; posterior surface approximately as long as broad (in holotype) or shorter than broad (7:18) (in specimens from Thailand, China, Taiwan, and Indonesia, Sulawesi); pronotal tubercle reaching tegula. Scutum of holotype shiny, smooth, unsculptured, except lateral rugose regions situated on sides of notauli; in some specimens scutum completely slightly granulated. Notauli incomplete, reaching 0.2–0.6 length of scutum ( 0.6 in holotype). Scutellum and metanotum shiny, smooth, unsculptured. Propodeum dull, reticulate rugose, with transverse keel between dorsal and posterior surfaces; posterior surface without longitudinal keels. Fore wing with 1–2 dark transverse bands (in holotype and in specimens from Taiwan China), Sulawesi ( Indonesia) and Thailand), or hyaline and without dark bands (in specimens from Taiwan ( China), Thailand and Hainan ( China); distal part of stigmal vein shorter than proximal part (3:8). Protarsal segments in following proportions: 7:3:6:7:18. Enlarged claw (Plate 32E) with proximal prominence bearing one long bristle. Segment 5 of protarsus (Plate 32E) laterally expanded and forming wide and slightly concave lamina (concavity with one row of 11–21 lamellae); distal apex with about three–four lamellae. Tibial spurs 1/1/2.
